Major Drug Bust in Morocco: 469 Kilos of Cannabis Seized, Two Arrested in International Trafficking Case

Two individuals were arrested by the judicial police brigade of the Nador security district for their alleged links to an international drug trafficking network.
According to the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN), the two suspects were arrested near the commune of Bouarg, in the Nador region, with around 48 packages totaling 469 kilos of cannabis resin in their possession.
Placed in custody as part of the investigation, the two individuals will be brought before the justice system as soon as the investigation is completed. The latter will also try to determine the ramifications of the network at the international level.
