Legendary Moroccan Footballer Larbi Chicha Dies at 86

Moroccan international Larbi Chicha passed away this Sunday, December 3 in Kenitra at the age of 86. The news was announced by the Mohammed VI Foundation for Sports Champions.
Nicknamed the "Dean of Internationals", Lahcen Larbi Ben Mohammed Ahmed, better known as Lahcen Chicha, made his debut at L’USM de Casablanca before joining Club Atletico Tétouan.
Born on January 25, 1935 in Taroudant, Larbi Chicha played alongside great names of national football, including the black pearl Larbi Ben Barek and goalkeeper Marcel Domingo.
After a stint in Rabat, the Moroccan international joined the French championship. He played for Olympique de Marseille, then Strasbourg before wearing the colors of the Red stars of Paris.
