King Mohammed VI Orders Affordable Travel for Moroccan Diaspora’s Summer Return

The decision of King Mohammed VI to get involved in the return of Moroccans living abroad this summer, by ordering all stakeholders in the transport sector to charge reasonable prices, is welcomed by the Council of the Moroccan Community Abroad (CCME), which sees it as a sign of permanent attachment to the members of this community.
Theoretically, everything should be easier for the return of Moroccans living abroad this summer. The gradual reopening of borders under conditions decided by the government is accompanied by strong measures. King Mohammed VI himself got involved to facilitate the return of Moroccans living abroad to their families and loved ones.
In a statement, the CCME welcomed this special attention from the King towards Moroccans living abroad who benefit from royal solicitude each year. It will also salute the defense by the sovereign of the rights and interests of the members of the Moroccan community abroad and the strengthening of their strong ties with their country of origin.
