King Mohammed VI to Inaugurate National Debate on Advanced Regionalization in Agadir
Agadir will host, on December 20 and 21, the first national debate on advanced regionalization. This event, which will be inaugurated by King Mohammed VI, will see the participation of several political leaders and national and foreign experts.
At the initiative of the Wali of the Laâyoune Sakiat el hamra region, a preparatory meeting was held this week, on the sidelines of the great national debate, described by the latter as a historic event.
According to the Wali, Morocco has opted for the courageous choice of regionalization, capable of establishing a democratic and solidary society and installing a development model capable of guaranteeing decent living conditions for its citizens.
Advanced regionalization is a strategic project that has made great strides despite the pitfalls of the journey, said the Wali, adding that Morocco has adopted a participatory approach where all stakeholders are invited to social dialogue.
