While awaiting this judicial appointment, the lawyers of Jonathan Harroch have tried to get him out of prison. They pleaded for provisional release, highlighting the businessman’s guarantees of representation and proposing the payment of a financial bail, the amount of which would be set by the court. The judges withdrew to deliberate on this request at the end of the hearing.
