Jonathan Harroch, boss of City Club, before the judge

The owner of the City Club sports club chain, Jonathan Harroch, currently in pre-trial detention at the Oukacha prison (Casablanca), will be heard on November 12 by the investigating judge of the Casablanca Court of Appeal.
Harroch faces serious charges, including human trafficking, exploitation of the vulnerability of women, incitement to debauchery, possession and consumption of hard drugs, and incitement to prostitution. His arrest follows the issuance of several bounced checks for an amount of several million dirhams.
Arrested in a hotel after the police became aware of his legal situation, he was found in the company of two young women and in possession of 2.5 grams of cocaine.
This case is the subject of an investigation by the National Brigade of the Judicial Police. Several witnesses have already been heard by the investigating judge
