Issame Charaï, victim of his success?

While he has achieved feats, Issame Charaï, coach of the Moroccan U23 national team, the "Lionceaux", has been dismissed, and the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) has immediately replaced him with the technician Tarik Sektioui. A dismissal that raises questions.
An incomprehensible dismissal. First Moroccan coach, winner of the U23 AFCON, Issame Charaï was fired to everyone’s surprise. A dismissal that "is part of the new course set by the National Team Selection Commission, which revolves around coordination and exchange between the technical staff of the national teams, all categories combined," justifies the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF). It has replaced Charaï with Tarik Sektioui. This dismissal comes a few months before the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
Will his successor be up to the task? For coach Nourdinne Chergui, it would have been better to dismiss Charaï just after the U23 AFCON, in order to allow Tarek Skitioui to implement his game project. The task may prove complicated for the new coach of the Atlas Cubs. Charaï has managed to achieve all his objectives, and therefore has the legitimacy to continue his adventure with the U23s, he declared on the Alyaoum24 website.
