Israeli PM Bennett Offers Condolences to Morocco After Tragic Death of 5-Year-Old Rayan

Israeli Prime Minister Naftali Bennett, touched by the death of Rayan, the 5-year-old child who accidentally fell into a dry well near his home in Chefchaouen, has expressed his condolences to the boy’s family, the Moroccan people, and King Mohammed VI.
After the President of the French Republic, Emmanuel Macron, the Vice-President of the Egyptian House of Representatives, Mohamed Abou El Enein, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President of the United Arab Emirates, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, it is the turn of the Israeli Prime Minister, Naftali Bennett, to express his condolences to the Moroccan people. "On my behalf and on behalf of the government of the people of Israel, I extend our sincere condolences to the family of Rayan, the Moroccan people and His Majesty King Mohammed VI. May you never know sorrow again," wrote Naftali Bennett.
Morocco is in shock after the death of little Rayan on Saturday evening. The 5-year-old boy had accidentally fallen on Tuesday into a 32-meter deep, narrow and difficult to access dry well, dug near the family residence in the village of Ighrane, in the province of Chefchaouen, in northern Morocco. After five days of efforts, the rescuers managed to drill a huge crevice in depth and then a horizontal tunnel to save the boy. Unfortunately, little Rayan did not survive.
