According to Le360 based on security sources, "the individual who appears in the said video, negotiating a bribe to obtain a reduced sentence for a woman being prosecuted, is known to the security services as an intermediary (Samsar, or even a scammer)".
Named Adil R., residing in the Korea district, he is currently being sought by the security services.
According to police sources, the identity of the woman appearing in the video as well as that of the detained woman (her mother) will be revealed after the arrest of the intermediary who was also seen in the same video negotiating a reduction in the prison sentence of a woman being prosecuted, in exchange for 35,000 dirhams, the same source notes.
