Corruption Scandal Widens: Four Suspects Charged in Casablanca Judicial Bribery Case

Four suspects have been referred to the Court of First Instance in Casablanca in the case of corruption of a magistrate.
According to the statement of the King’s Prosecutor, cited by the Map, the prefectural service of the judicial police of Casablanca and the public prosecutor’s office were able to realize, based on the investigations carried out, that the person who appears in the video is a repeat offender.
In another fraud case, the latter had been convicted for similar acts. As for the main accused, he used lies, making the detainee believe that he could intervene in her favor so that her sentence would be reduced, in exchange for a sum of money, it is specified.
The same source indicates that four defendants have already been referred to the court for their alleged involvement in offenses of fraud, identity theft and collusion to escape investigation and arrest.
