Indian National Arrested at Casablanca Airport with 4.6 kg of Cannabis Resin

A 32-year-old Indian national was arrested on Saturday at Mohammed V airport in Casablanca in possession of 4.615 kilograms of cannabis resin.
According to the Directorate General of National Security (DGSN), the suspect was apprehended as he was about to leave the national territory on a flight to an Arab capital.
The same source indicates that it was a search operation that allowed the seizure of the cargo divided into 43 tablets hidden in the backpack of the accused.
Pending the conclusions of the investigation initiated to determine the ramifications of this traffic at the national and international level, the accused was taken into custody.
