High-Speed Rail Stations Casablanca Future Infrastructure

The project involves the construction and development of nine railway stations, divided into two lots. The first concerns the stations of Mohammedia Facultés, Sidi Bernoussi, Zenata and Aïn Sebaâ. The second includes Hay Mohammadi, Mers Sultan, Casa Oasis, Sidi Maarouf and Nouaceur.

The specifications provide for stations designed to increase network capacity, improve connections between urban and industrial zones and support the modernization of rail transport around Casablanca.

The new stations must integrate photovoltaic solar installations on roofs. They will be connected to the local electricity grid to cover part of their needs during the day.

The project also provides for digital management of studies and work. Companies must use tools such as AutoCAD, Revit or site monitoring platforms that allow centralizing technical comments and work progress.

The stations will be equipped with modern communication infrastructure, with data network, high-speed Wi-Fi, centralized building management system and network security devices.

Buildings must also meet high technical requirements: metal structures, glass and aluminum facades, thermal and acoustic insulation, modern air conditioning systems and facilities adapted for people with disabilities.

The project is not limited to buildings. It also includes the development of station surroundings, with sewage networks, rainwater drainage, drinking water supply and green spaces equipped with irrigation systems.

The ONCF also imposes strict safety rules for work carried out near active railway lines. Companies must train their teams and obtain the necessary authorizations before any intervention near the tracks.
