Grave Desecration in Casablanca Cemetery Sparks Public Outrage, Calls for Action

Internet users have called on the competent authorities on Sunday, February 2, to severely punish the desecrators of graves in Casablanca.
These internet users denounced on social networks acts of desecration on several graves in the Er-rahma cemetery. Outraged by these infamous acts, they called on the competent authorities to crack down on the perpetrators, who are often in search of human remains for occult practices, reports barlamane.
According to the same source, internet users have also called on local authorities to ensure the maintenance of abandoned graves.
These practices are in vogue in the city, in view of the ongoing or pending trials for witchcraft or charlatanism, notes the same source. Users of this place of meditation attribute these acts noticed at the beginning of February to some homeless people who often squat the premises.
An investigation is also announced to prosecute the perpetrators.
