Gas Leak Sparks Fatal Fire at Moroccan Koranic School, Leaving One Dead and Another Injured

In the commune of Aït Mazal, in the province of Chtouka Aït Baha, a Koranic school caught fire due to a gas leak. One of its students has just died from his burns, after several days in the hospital...
According to the local media Kech24, one of the students of the Koranic school located in Aït Mazal has just, this Saturday, succumbed to the serious injuries caused by the fire that broke out in the school on Sunday, May 19. His health condition would have deteriorated, according to the same source.
Two students would have been, according to the media Chtoukapress, seriously affected by this fire and had to be urgently taken to the hospital. This media talks about third-degree burns in different parts of the body.
Witnesses said the fire started exactly in the room of these two victims. The state of health of the second student is still unknown.
Serious material damage would also have been caused by the fire. An investigation has been initiated to determine the exact causes of this fire.
