Former Qatari PM’s Luxury Superyacht Draws Crowds on Moroccan Coast

A luxury yacht belonging to the former Qatari Prime Minister, Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, ranked by Forbes among the richest Arabs, is on the coast of M’diq, arousing the curiosity of vacationers.
On Thursday, Al Mirqab, a luxury yacht belonging to the former Qatari Prime Minister, Hamad bin Jassim bin Jaber Al Thani, was spotted off the coast of M’diq. This ship left the Spanish coast and arrived in Morocco via the Strait of Gibraltar. Its spectacular arrival has attracted the attention of many vacationers. They did not hesitate to head towards the ship to observe it up close on the beaches of Capella and Marina Smir.
Considered one of the largest and most luxurious in the world, Al Mirqab flies the flag of the Cayman Islands. This ship was specially designed and built to order in 2008 for Hamad bin Jassim for an estimated value of $300 million. The yacht can accommodate 24 guests in 10 suites, in addition to two suites reserved for important personalities. The ship also has a range of luxurious amenities, including a cinema, outdoor bars, an indoor pool, an outdoor jacuzzi, and a helipad. Its crew consists of 60 people.
