Flash Flood Sweeps Bus Off Bridge in Morocco, Killing 6 and Injuring 27

A bus traveling from Casablanca to Rissani overturned at the level of the Oued Demchane bridge, near Errachidia, swept away by a swollen river. 6 passengers were killed and 27 others were rescued.
The accident required the intervention of civil protection services, as well as elements of the Royal Gendarmerie, who mobilized several ambulances to transport the injured passengers to the Errachidia Provincial Hospital.
Significant logistical resources were dispatched to the site to search for the remaining missing passengers, who were likely victims of the flooding.
It should be recalled that torrential rains hit the southern regions of the Kingdom, causing the flooding of several rivers, resulting in at least ten deaths and injuries.
