FIFA Club World Cup Tickets Sell Out in 24 Hours, Sparking Black Market Surge

The tickets for the Club World Cup, put on sale on Friday, January 20, are almost all sold. In less than 24 hours, the vast majority of tickets are sold out on the FIFA website, forcing supporters to turn to the black market where tickets are sold at exorbitant prices.
The ticketing for the Mondialito, scheduled from February 1 to 11 in Morocco, has been a huge success. Almost all the tickets have been sold, reports Medias 24, specifying that [the tickets for the big and small finals, as well as those for the matches of Wydad and Real Madrid are no longer available on the FIFA platform.
On Tuesday, only the tickets for the opening match to be played at the large stadium in Tangier and those for the match of the South Africans of Seattles Sounder are still accessible, it is added.
However, this great commercial success has generated frustration among supporters. They are now facing resale on websites with exorbitant prices. Between 800 and 1200 dirhams, this is the price at which the seats to attend the tournament are offered, i.e. ten times more expensive than the rates imposed by FIFA.
