Morocco vs Brazil Ticket Sales Plagued by Technical Glitches, Frustrating Fans

As part of the friendly match between Morocco and Brazil at the Grand Stade de Tanger, the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF) announced the online sale of tickets. But once again, glitches have tarnished the enthusiasm of Moroccan supporters.
Strong mobilization of Moroccan supporters since the FRMF announced the availability of tickets for the friendly match pitting the Atlas Lions against the Seleçao. Unfortunately, online sales and ticket pickup are not easy things. Many supporters rushed to the platform to buy tickets, causing, once again, numerous technical bugs.
"The person who designed this site is a beginner. Asking not to close the browser is a mistake. Thousands of sessions will remain open and never closed. The site will quickly saturate. The payment API was provided by the CMI. But it’s not her who’s blocking," explains Khalid Ziani, an ICT expert.
After successfully purchasing, supporters are faced with endless queues to collect the precious pass. On social media, they call for an urgent solution to "ensure supporters a great customer experience." The ticket prices are 100 dhs for category III, 300 dhs for category II and 500 dhs for category I.
