FIFA Club World Cup: Tangier Stadium Completes Final Preparations

The large stadium in Tangier is ready for the Club World Cup, which starts on February 1 in Morocco. The work is finally finished and the time has come for the last adjustments required by FIFA.
Thanks to an accelerated pace and the mobilization of all stakeholders, including the local authorities of Tangier, the jewel will be delivered on time, reports Medias 24, specifying that the teams are currently working to place the few missing chairs.
"A FIFA mission carried out an inspection visit last week, mainly to check the pitch and the building. It requested a few minor adjustments, such as improving the lighting in certain premises, which we are currently resolving. But overall the work is completed," said sources quoted by the media.
And to specify that "all the workers should leave the site towards the beginning of next week, to keep only those who will have to remain on site throughout the event for emergency interventions in particular."
Let’s remember that the new stadium will host some matches of the Mondialito, scheduled from February 1 to 11 in Morocco. A competition that will bring together the clubs of Real Madrid, Wydad, Seattle Sounder, Flamengo and Auckland City.
