Two vagrants were arrested by elements of the prefectural service of the judicial police of Fez. They would be involved in an attempted theft with assault and battery resulting in death.
The accused, aged 18 and 25, violently attacked another vagrant who was in the Al Atlas neighborhood in Fez, according to a statement from the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN).
The victim was "fatally injured with a blunt object".
