Fez Police Bust Drug Ring: Three Arrested, Including Teen Girl

The elements of the Fez police prefecture succeeded, on Tuesday, December 10, in arresting three individuals, including a young girl, for their alleged involvement in the possession and trafficking of drugs and narcotics.
The arrest of the main suspects took place following information communicated by the General Directorate of Territorial Surveillance. The first suspect was caught in a light vehicle in possession of 130 grams of cocaine.
The search of the recipient of the goods, apprehended later in the company of a young girl, made it possible to find 42 grams of cocaine, 400 psychotropic tablets, 40 grams of cannabis in addition to a significant sum of money in dirhams and foreign currency.
The three suspects were placed in custody at the disposal of the investigation opened under the supervision of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, pending the determination of the possible ramifications of the criminal network.
