Facing Mauritania, Walid Regragui plays the card of change

The coach of the Moroccan national team, Walid Regragui, is preparing to reshuffle his team for the next friendly match against Mauritania. The objective: to inject new blood while maintaining the solid base of the group.
Munir El Kajoui could keep the cages, while Chadi Riad and Oussama El Azzouzi will take the place of Sofyan Amrabat and Amir Richardson. In attack, Youssef En-Nesyri will have the heavy task of leading the offensive and scoring.
The Moroccan coach intends to give playing time to the players who did not take the field against Angola. The objective is clear: to gradually integrate them into the group and assess their potential for the next deadlines.
The match against Angola revealed some nuggets, such as Abdelkabir Abqar, imperial in defense, Brahim Diaz, capable of playing in several positions, and Eliesse Ben Seghir, a real surprise of this gathering.
Regragui is looking for the magic formula to build a team capable of roaring on the continental and international stage. Next big test: the match against Mauritania on Tuesday evening.
