Egyptian Man Arrested in Morocco for Grisly Murder of Business Associate

An Egyptian national was arrested on Friday for premeditated murder with mutilation of the body following an investigation by the police services of Casablanca and Tangier.
The details of this case are provided by the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) in a press release according to which "the initial elements of the investigation reveal that the suspect lured the victim, who was his associate, from Casablanca to Tangier, where he liquidated him and burned his body in a wasteland on the outskirts of the city."
It could be commercial conflicts between the two men, think the investigators who, after research and investigations, found the victim’s car and "traces of blood and biological samples believed to belong to the person killed". All the residues are currently the subject of technical and scientific expertise, the same source said.
The accused, who had previously been involved with the justice system, was taken into custody by the police, who also arrested another Moroccan as part of this same case.
