Moroccan Police Capture Major Drug Kingpin in Tangier, Wanted on 21 Warrants

A great catch by the Moroccan police who have just apprehended a drug baron in Tangier. The man has a heavy criminal record behind him and had, until now, managed to slip through the net.
Yesterday, Wednesday, April 3, elements of the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN) proceeded, in Tangier, to the arrest of a man wanted for several years for various drug and narcotics cases. In total, he is the subject of 21 national arrest warrants, reports the site Alyaoum24.
According to a DGSN press release, "the operation made it possible to seize a car, 4 mobile phones, in addition to a significant sum of money, presumably from drug trafficking".
The suspect was placed in custody pending the completion of the investigation conducted by the public prosecutor’s office in order to determine all the circumstances of this case, it was further stated.
