Deadly House Collapse in Marrakech’s Old Medina Claims One Life, Injures Another

This incident occurred around 5 a.m., following the collapse of one of the walls of a two-story house located in Arsat Mesfioui in the old medina.

In addition to material damage, a man in his fifties lost his life, while his wife "suffered an injury to her legs".

The victim was taken to Ibn Tofail Hospital to receive the necessary care and an investigation has of course been opened by the authorities to shed light on the tragedy.
