Deadly Explosion at Tangier Marina Diving Center Kills One, Injures Three

The blast, apparently caused by a defective oxygen bottle, was heard throughout the marina, causing a state of security alert.

A man in his thirties did not survive his injuries. Three other people, seriously injured, were rushed to the Mohammed V Regional Hospital, where they were placed in intensive care.

An investigation has been opened by the marina police to determine the exact circumstances of the accident. The victim’s body was transferred to the morgue of the Duc de Tovar hospital.
