Fatal Bus Crash on Moroccan Highway Leaves One Dead, Several Injured

A serious road accident occurred during the night from Monday to Tuesday on the highway connecting Khémisset to Meknès. Provisional toll: one dead and several seriously injured.
The accident was caused by a bus transporting passengers that collided with a freight truck on the highway connecting Khémisset to Meknès. The bus driver was killed on the spot. Injured, in more or less serious condition, were taken to the regional hospital in Khémisset.
This toll is provisional and could worsen. Alerted, the elements of the Royal Gendarmerie of Khémisset went to the scene of the accident to carry out the usual findings and clear the road in order to normalize traffic on this section.
