Two Dead, Several Injured in Bus Crash on Marrakech-Agadir Highway

A fatal accident occurred this Monday on the highway connecting Marrakech and Agadir. Two people died and several others were injured.
A bus connecting the city of Marrakech to Agadir skidded and overturned this Monday morning at the level of the douar of the commune of Sidi M’hammed Dalil (Saïdat), in the province of Chichaoua. The report indicates two deaths and several injured. The latter were transported to the emergency room of the provincial hospital of Chichaoua and the Mohammed VI university center in Marrakech to receive the necessary care, reports Kesh24.
Informed, various services, the governor of the province and the regional commander of the Royal Gendarmerie went to the scene of the accident. For now, the reasons for the overturning of the bus remain unknown. An investigation will determine whether the explosion of one of the bus tires is the origin of the accident or not.
