CTM Offers Refunds and Ticket Changes for Moroccan Travel Ban Affected Customers

Those who have purchased tickets valid between Monday, July 27 and Friday, July 31 can be refunded if they wish or have their tickets changed for a date up to December 31. The announcement was made by the Compagnie de Transports au Maroc (CTM), following the decision banning travel between certain cities.
Thus, to benefit from a refund or postponement, "customers must go to CTM agencies with their national identity card and original CTM travel ticket".
For those who have purchased their tickets on CTM digital platforms, the principle is simple, and consists of sending a request by email with the electronic ticket attached to the address sc-remboursement@ctm.ma. Regarding tickets purchased from CTM partners, customers are asked to contact these same partners directly to get a refund.
However, travel to cities not affected by the travel ban is maintained with "a possible change of schedule," the same source specifies.
