Royal Air Maroc Faces Backlash Over Unfulfilled Flight Vouchers Amid Pandemic

The airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has not yet honored its promise to distribute new tickets to its customers whose flights had been suspended after the entry into force of the state of health emergency and confinement.
To date, many travelers say they have not received the electronic tickets that the airline promised them and are impatient. Last March, they had bought tickets for flights to various domestic destinations, but its flights had been suspended due to the containment measures taken as part of the fight against the covid-19 pandemic.
One of them confided in Hespress. He says he paid for his travel ticket from Casablanca to one of the cities in the Sahara the day before the suspension of flights. After the easing of containment measures, he obtained a reservation number. The only problem: this traveler has not yet received his electronic ticket.
Like this traveler, many find themselves in the same situation. They hope that RAM will soon keep its promise.
