Royal Air Maroc Maintains Reasonable Fares for Special Flights Amid COVID-19 Crisis

In the context of the health crisis related to the coronavirus, Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has decided to maintain its prices at reasonable levels. This measure is part of the implementation of exceptional flights starting from July 15, 2020.
"Although a large part of the flights are made with an empty leg, it has been decided to maintain the prices at reasonable levels," explains the airline. Every traveler is now informed about the pricing and price ranges of tickets. During this period, 90% of one-way economy class tickets between the main European cities and Casablanca, sold until July 11, 2020, were in a range of 1900 to 4500 DH including tax, RAM specifies. The price of tickets is now set at 10,000 MAD including tax instead of 5,900 for North America.
In case the economy class on a date is full, the system automatically proposes a Business class seat, which is more expensive, the same source points out. Failing that, another flight with availability in Economy can be searched.
Faced with the influx, the national airline has increased its flights. Any traveler can consult the available flights for sale on the national company’s website or through its call centers and commercial agencies.
