Coastal Crackdown: Moroccan Authorities Demolish Illegal Villas and Restaurants in Skhirat-Témara
The local authorities of the prefecture of Skhirat-Témara launched a large-scale demolition campaign of villas and restaurants located along the Sehb Eddahab coastal road this Monday.
With the support of law enforcement, the local authorities of Harhoura began this demolition operation by demolishing the Tapas Sol restaurant, located on the Sehb Eddahab coastal road. According to the authorities, the construction of this restaurant does not comply with urban planning regulations.
This demolition campaign was supervised by the pasha of the city of Harhoura, the head of administrative annex no. 2, law enforcement auxiliaries, elements of the Royal Gendarmerie, auxiliary forces, Civil Protection, as well as the technical services of the prefecture of Skhirat-Témara.
