Casablanca: a bank agency attacked in the Lissasfa district
An investigation was opened this Tuesday morning after the burglary of a bank agency in the Lissasfa district of Casablanca. The alleged perpetrators vandalized the ATM before fleeing under still unclear circumstances.
The incident triggered a large-scale mobilization of the police services. According to the first findings, unidentified individuals forced and broke the ATM of the bank branch located in this area of the metropolis.
The law enforcement forces quickly deployed to the scene as soon as the attack was reported. A strict security perimeter was established around the agency to allow investigators to carry out the initial findings and secure the area.
Investigators are now working to collect all the material evidence and data that could lead to the identification of the persons involved.
