Thus, these two airports classified in the category of airports welcoming between 5 and 15 million passengers per year, have been rewarded as the best airports on the continent. For ONDA, these awards are a testament to the constant commitment of its teams and partners to meet the growing needs of passengers. Similarly, they are part of a continuous improvement approach to service quality, in line with the Office’s transformation plan.

ACI awards these distinctions to the best airports each year according to the ASQ "Airport Service Quality" surveys, which assess passenger satisfaction through various indicators. The surveys conducted by ACI as part of this program take into account a wide range of relevant indicators covering the entire passenger experience, including the services offered, waiting times, staff courtesy and cleanliness of the facilities, it is specified. The aim is to measure passenger satisfaction, understand their expectations and compare the performance of airports with other participants in the ASQ program internationally. The ASQ survey for the year 2023 was carried out by surveying around 600,000 passengers, through more than 400 airports around the world. More than 2,900 passengers were surveyed throughout 2023 for the Casablanca Mohammed V and Marrakech Menara airports.
