Moroccan Airports Rank Among Top 10 in Africa, Skytrax Survey Reveals

Two Moroccan airports are among the 10 best in Africa. This is the result of the ranking of an organization based in London.
Casablanca’s Mohammed V Airport and Marrakech-Menara Airport rank 4th and 6th respectively in the ranking of the 10 best airports in Africa, established by Skytrax, the reference consulting body in the international air transport sector based in London. The South African airports: Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg dominate the ranking. They form the top 3 and are also the only African airports to appear in the global top 100. Mauritius Airport takes fifth place, while Addis Ababa Airport is ranked seventh. The airports of Kigali and Cairo follow. The Nairobi airport closes the podium.
At the global level, it is the Hamad International Airport in Qatar, inaugurated in 2014, which won the prestigious title of best airport. It is followed by Singapore Changi Airport, Incheon International Airport in Seoul (South Korea) and two Japanese airports: Tokyo Haneda Airport and Tokyo Narita Airport. Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (France) is in sixth place. Then come Dubai Airport (United Arab Emirates), Munich Airport (Germany) and Zurich Airport (Switzerland). Istanbul Airport (Turkey) completes the global top 10 of the best airports.
