Casablanca Airport Cafe Adds Controversial "Covid-19 Aid" Charge to Bills

A restaurateur had the idea of adding a small tax worth 2.76 dirhams to a customer’s bill, without specifying whether it is fixed or variable.

Even the justification for the amount, "Covid-19 Aid", is confusing, it is read. He wondered if the corresponding revenues would be allocated to the Covid-19 Support Fund.
