Two Brothers Arrested for Allegedly Starting Forest Fire in Ifrane, Morocco

Two men who would be involved in the triggering of a forest fire in Ifrane, were arrested by the gendarmerie elements of Azrou. An investigation has been opened.
For the moment, the investigators are exploring all leads to determine the circumstances in which this forest fire was triggered in the douars of the province of Ifrane. The first elements allowed the arrest of two brothers, reports the newspaper Al Massae, which points out that the two men were referred to the public prosecutor. They are being prosecuted in a state of arrest for "having deliberately started a fire" affecting "a public forest property".
During his hearing by the prosecutor, the main suspect admitted the facts and indicated that he had inadvertently caused the fire while preparing his meal. He then specified that the fire spread quickly without him being able to do anything to contain it.
