Brazilian Flight Passengers Arrested for Smuggling 3.7 Kilos of Cocaine at Casablanca Airport

The two suspects were apprehended on December 24 on a flight from Sao Paulo, Brazil, and are suspected of cocaine trafficking in their intestines, the same source said.
After their transfer to the Ibn Rochd University Hospital (CHU) in Casablanca, the examinations led to the discovery of a total of 187 cocaine capsules, 101 for the South African and 86 for the Namibian, for a total weight of 3.7 kilos of drugs.
On December 14, a 35-year-old Angolan had been arrested at the same airport with 85 capsules containing 230 grams of cocaine.
