Brazilian Drug Mule Arrested at Casablanca Airport with Nearly 1kg of Cocaine

A Brazilian national in possession of 985 grams of cocaine was arrested by police at Mohammed V airport in Casablanca.
The man had arrived in Casablanca via a flight from Sao Paulo and was then supposed to go to Paris, according to the Directorate General of National Security (DGSN) in a press release, specifying that the scanning control procedures had made it possible to detect suspicious products in his intestines.
The suspect was transferred to the Ibn Rochd University Hospital in Casablanca for medical examinations, which made it possible to extract 87 capsules containing 985 grams of cocaine, explains the DGSN.
Last February, the police arrested two Brazilian nationals who had hidden drugs. A search led to the discovery of 2,810 grams of cocaine in their underwear and the police suspected the presence of drugs in their intestines.
