Belgian Muslims to Celebrate Eid al-Fitr on Sunday

It’s official. The Eid al-Fitr festival will be celebrated this Sunday, March 30 in Belgium, the Executive of Muslims of Belgium has just confirmed on its Facebook account.
Following the meeting of the Council of Muslim Theologians of Belgium attached to the EMB by videoconference today, March 29, 2025, the Executive of Muslims of Belgium (EMB) is pleased to announce to the Muslims of Belgium that the first day of the Eid al-Fitr festival is Sunday, March 30, 2025, marking the end of the month of Ramadan for the Muslim population of our country.
On this occasion, the EMB extends its best wishes for peace, health, happiness and prosperity to citizens of Muslim faith and all other beliefs.
We invite Muslims to share this celebration time with their families, neighbors and friends of all beliefs, in a climate of peace and love.
The EMB also shows solidarity with all those who will celebrate Eid without being able to be surrounded by those who are dear to them.
