Belgian Muslim Council to Determine Start Date for Ramadan 2025

In order to determine the start date of Ramadan in Belgium, the Council of Muslim Theologians of Belgium must meet this Friday, February 28.
"The Council of Muslim Theologians of Belgium will meet by videoconference this Friday, February 28, 2025 at 4 p.m. to determine the start date of the month of Ramadan," the Muslim organization wrote on its Facebook account.
According to astronomical calculations, the month of Ramadan 2025 in Belgium should begin this Saturday, March 1. However, it is advisable to wait for the confirmation of the Council of Muslim Theologians of Belgium.
