Barcelona’s Abdessamad Ezzalzouli Considers Exit After Villarreal Snub

While Barça has decided to keep him, Moroccan international Abdessamad Ezzalzouli could consider leaving the Catalan club before the end of the summer transfer window. He is disappointed not to have played against Villarreal on Sunday evening.
Is Ez Abde going to leave the Camp Nou? According to journalist Alex Pintanel, his possible departure from FC Barcelona could be considered. To support his argument, he points out that the Moroccan international was disappointed not to have played against Villarreal (4-3 in favor of the Blaugranes) on Sunday evening, while the club had recently told him that he would be an important element in Xavi’s plans. The 21-year-old player was aiming for a starting spot against Villarreal, but he didn’t even play a single minute. The coach preferred to line up Ferran Torres and Ansu Fati to strengthen his attack during the match.
Now, his departure from Barça is conceivable. The Moroccan prodigy is also on the radar of several Spanish, English and German clubs. If Abde decides to leave, his club will likely demand a transfer fee of 30 million euros. His possible departure will be the subject of discussions. According to Alex Pintanel, a transfer a few days before the end of the summer transfer window could be complicated. Only a loan departure could therefore be considered.
