Aston Villa Makes $40 Million Bid for Barcelona’s Young Moroccan Star Ezzalzouli
With just days left in the summer transfer window, Barça continues to look for opportunities to reduce its squad. The Catalan club would be willing to part ways with Abdessamad Ezzalzouli. Aston Villa is positioning itself and making a firm offer to sign the young Moroccan striker.
Aston Villa would have expressed interest in Abde Ezzalzouli. The Premier League club led by Unai Emery would have made a firm offer close to the 40 million euros demanded by Barça to sign the 20-year-old Moroccan international, reports El Nacional cited by Fichajes.
The English club wants to have the young player quickly to complete the composition of its team for the season. For its part, Barça could accept to let Abde go, who has had playing time at the start of the season under the orders of Xavi Hernandez.
Barcelona is seriously considering accepting Aston Villa’s proposal, the club being in a dynamic of reducing the squad of players and the wage bill. The transfer of Abde could allow it to recruit a player to strengthen the team with a view to winning the Liga this season.
