A 51-year-old man was arrested on Thursday in Agadir for attempting to bribe a police officer stationed at the Biougra police district.
It all started with the complaint of the suspect’s wife about a neighborhood dispute, says the General Directorate of National Security (DGSN). The accused then went to the police station to follow up on the case.
He would have tried to give a sum of money to a police inspector from this service as a bribe, in order to speed up the processing of this complaint in favor of the complainant.
Reported, the defendant was arrested and placed in custody for the needs of the investigation.
