World Happiness Report: Ukraine Outranks Morocco Despite Ongoing War

The World Happiness Report published a new ranking this Monday, March 20, 2023. It shows that Ukrainians are happier than Moroccans.
Ukraine ranks 92nd in the new World Happiness Report ranking, far ahead of Morocco (100th place). Deduction: despite the war, Ukrainians are happier than Moroccans. Finland retains its place as the "happiest country in the world" for the sixth consecutive year. It is followed by Denmark and Iceland. Israel and the Netherlands complete the top 5.
To carry out this study published since 2012 and sponsored by the United Nations, the authors use Gallup surveys. The study is conducted in 137 countries. Residents are asked about their own level of happiness. The results are calculated based on GDP, corruption indices, individual freedom, life expectancy and generosity.
