Morocco Ranks 5th in French Travel Bookings, Sees 93% Growth in February

Travel agency sales made in French offline and online agencies are up in February 2023 compared to 2022. With a strong growth of +93%, Morocco is thus climbing to 5th place in the top 20 of the favorite destinations of the French, according to the Baromètre Orchestra, carried out for L’Écho touristique. At the top of this ranking, we find Greece (+37%). It is followed by Spain (-7%), metropolitan France (+2%), Tunisia (+98%) and Egypt (+51%).

Italy (+26%) occupies 7th place. Then come Mauritius (+29%), Portugal (+20%), the Dominican Republic (-56%), the United States (-1%), Mexico (-25%), Tanzania (+4%), Canada (+198%) and Thailand (+547%). The United Arab Emirates (-43%), Croatia (+60%), Jordan (+239%), Guadeloupe (+39%) and Indonesia (+1,727%) close the podium.
