Morocco Ranks 8th in Top Destinations for French Travelers in June

Morocco is one of the top 10 destinations most sold in June by French travel agencies. This is the result of the ranking of a specialized website.
Morocco is the 8th most sold destination in June by French travel agencies (physical and online) in the ranking compiled by the Orchestra Barometer for the site L’Écho touristique. Portugal (9th) and the Dominican Republic (10th) complete the top 10. As in May, metropolitan France tops the list of the 10 most sold destinations in June. It is followed by Spain and Greece.
Next come Tunisia (4th place), Egypt (5th) and Turkey (6th). Italy occupies the 7th place. On the medium-haul segment, North Africa remains the most sold destination. Algeria and Tunisia are up compared to 2019.
Regarding dry flight sales, the travel agency Bourse-des-vols specifies that "the activity in June 2023 is slightly up in dry flight orders, compared to June 2022: +2% in sales in a search volume down 13%. The trend of the previous month is confirmed with a slowdown in sales after a euphoric first quarter 2023. We seem to be experiencing the end of ’revenge travel’, the post-Covid catch-up sales."
