Woman Gives Birth on Moroccan Train, Passengers and Staff Assist in Delivery

A woman gave birth to a baby girl on Sunday on board the Al Atlas 103 train between Kenitra and Sidi Yahya, according to the National Railway Office (ONCF).
In a press release published on its website, the office stated that this operation was carried out under good conditions thanks to the help of other passengers and the assistance of the staff.
According to the same press release, the mother and her newborn baby girl were immediately evacuated to the municipal hospital in Sidi Slimane, upon their arrival at the station, following coordination between the ONCF and hospital officials for her care.
