Woman Arrested for Alleged Witchcraft in Tangier Cemetery, Cat Sacrifice Thwarted

The Tangier police arrested a 65-year-old woman, presumed to be a witch, in a cemetery as she was about to sacrifice a cat.
Accused of practicing witchcraft, the defendant was placed in custody. An investigation has been opened under the supervision of the competent prosecutor’s office to shed full light on this case.
The practice of witchcraft by the sexagenarian in this cemetery has caused discontent among the inhabitants of the city. The investigation is ongoing.
