Verdict in Moroccan ’Hamza Mon BB’ Cybercrime Case Set for January 4

Sakina Glamour and the two other defendants will have to wait until January 4, 2021 to know the decision of the Marrakech Court of Appeal. The verdict in the trial of Dounia Batma and her sister Ibtissam is scheduled for this Thursday.
After more than six months of hearings, the appeal trial of the influencer, journalist Simo Dahir and "Moul Ferrari" will finally come to an end. The case has been taken under advisement and the judgment will be rendered in less than two weeks.
Sentenced in the first instance to 2 years in prison and a fine of 10,000 dirhams each, the 3 defendants are accused of "participation in fraudulent access to the computer data processing system and dissemination of images and statements of others without their consent, in order to harm or defame".
Sakina Jannah, alias Glamour, had denounced Dounia Batma and her sister Ibtissam, during her hearing by the judicial police brigade. The two sisters would, according to her, be at the origin of the Hamza mon bb account.
